Shipping Policy
This page explains how we process and ship your order. If you have a question that isn't answered here, email us at support@thelionstyle.com — we respond within 24 business hours.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During launches, holiday periods, or limited-stock drops, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you by email if this affects your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 (worldwide).
- Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on orders under $60 (worldwide).
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is calculated after the 1–3 business day processing window. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Carriers & Logistics
We ship globally through established international logistics partners, including:
- YunExpress
- 4PX
- DHL eCommerce
Once your parcel enters your country, it is handed off to a local carrier for final delivery — typically USPS (United States), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), Canada Post (Canada), Australia Post (Australia), or your country's national postal service.
The specific carrier used depends on destination, warehouse availability, and the fastest available route at the time of dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order in two ways:
- On our Track Your Order page
- Directly on the carrier's website (link included in your tracking email)
Note: Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active in carrier systems after dispatch. If your tracking number isn't working after 48 hours, email us at support@thelionstyle.com and we'll investigate.
6. Customs & Import Duties
Lion Style ships internationally from Hong Kong. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges:
- Are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
- Are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Are determined by your country's customs authority — not by Lion Style.
If you'd like to know in advance whether duties apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to keep delivery times short. As a result, we have a strict modification window:
- Within 2 hours of placing your order: Email us at support@thelionstyle.com with your order number and the change needed (address, size, variant, or cancellation). We'll do our best to accommodate.
- After 2 hours: Your order has typically been transmitted to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be modified or cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives — see our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 business days, please email us at support@thelionstyle.com with your order number.
We will:
- Open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- Keep you updated until the package is located or confirmed lost.
- If confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every order before dispatch, but accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us at support@thelionstyle.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We'll respond within 24 business hours with a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address provided at checkout, refused at delivery, unclaimed at pickup, etc.), we will contact you to arrange one of the following:
- Refund for the order total minus the original shipping cost.
