Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards 

  • Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store full card details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 2 hours of placing your order, yes — email support@thelionstyle.com immediately with your order number. After 2 hours, your order has been transmitted to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be changed. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us with the email address used at checkout — we'll resend the confirmation manually.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by region — see the table in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped via tracked international service. Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 8–14 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 worldwide. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $4.99.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. You can track your package on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

My tracking number isn't working — what should I do?

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to activate in carrier systems after dispatch. If yours isn't working after 48 hours, email support@thelionstyle.com and we'll investigate.

Will I be charged customs duties or import fees?

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for rates that may apply.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 business days, or your tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, email support@thelionstyle.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either locate the package, send a free replacement, or issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Final sale items, gift cards, and certain hygiene products (underwear, swimwear) are non-returnable. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I return an item?

All returns are processed individually by email — please don't ship items back without contacting us first:

  1. Email support@thelionstyle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address for your region.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or sizing, you cover the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we cover the cost — and in most cases, we send a free replacement without requiring a return at all.

How do I exchange for a different size or color?

The fastest way is to place a new order for the size or item you want, then return the original. Once approved, the original is fully refunded. This avoids the wait time of an international return-and-reship cycle.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

I received the wrong or damaged item — what do I do?

Email support@thelionstyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll respond within 24 business hours with a free replacement or full refund — your choice. In most cases, no return is required.

Sizing & Products

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What if the item doesn't fit?

Return it within 30 days following the process above, then place a new order in the correct size. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Where are your products made?

Lion Style pieces are designed in Hong Kong by our in-house team and manufactured by trusted partner facilities across Asia. We work only with vetted production partners that meet our standards for fabric quality, stitching, and ethical labor practices. More about our brand on our About Us page.
