Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@thelionstyle.com. Returns must be sent to the designated address. We have different return addresses based on your location, and we will provide the appropriate details and instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, we will guide you on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Exchanges

To get the item you want quickly, return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted. We offer free size exchanges sometimes; please email us if your ordered product doesn't fit, and we'll see what we can do. For exchanges involving a different variant, color, or product, customers should return the item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not possible as our warehouse is fully automated. We buy shipping labels and process orders within 12 hours. If you need to cancel, please wait for your package to arrive and then return it. We’re here to help with any concerns.

However, if you notice incorrect details such as address, size, or variant, reach out to us immediately, and we may assist with last-minute changes.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
