Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at We’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package within 24 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. We accept returns for new and unused items only. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your returns after we receive your return package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. After processing your return, please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancelation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product.
